A training for Business Storytelling<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Humans are not only built to tell stories, they are also built to listen to them. Stories shape our lives and by extension our interpersonal relationships. Narrative patterns are an integral part of our development as human beings. Whoever listens to your powerful story<\/strong>, projects<\/strong> it as their own<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The leaders<\/strong> who share stories have a powerful advantage <\/strong>over others (Storytelling Can Make or Break Your Leadership - hbr.org)<\/a>. They are able to embody<\/strong> the model that will motivate their teams and are able to create commitment<\/strong>, develop trust<\/strong> and foster innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Understanding how these stories inspire us as individuals is the key to using them to inspire our teams in the same way and to include them in a common business project. In reality, we retain few facts and figures and all the rational things we think are important. Stories<\/strong> create memories<\/strong> through the emotion<\/strong> they evoke.<\/p>\n

Storytelling<\/strong> is a powerful tool<\/strong>. If it is widely used by companies in their external communication and marketing, it is just as relevant for employees to use it internally.<\/p>\n
