Each member proposes a topic they would like to work on.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"process-step\" id=\"step-3\">\n <div class=\"step-number\">3<\/div>\n <h3>Presentation of Cases<\/h3>\n <p>Each co-development session focuses on a case proposed by one of the participants (called the \u00abclient\u00bb for the day). The client presents their case in detail to the group.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"process-step\" id=\"step-4\">\n <div class=\"step-number\">4<\/div>\n <h3>Clarification<\/h3>\n <p>The other group members (referred to as \u00abconsultants\u00bb) ask the client questions to fully understand the problem and its stakes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"process-step\" id=\"step-5\">\n <div class=\"step-number\">5<\/div>\n <h3>Contractualisation<\/h3>\n <p>The client clearly expresses their expectations of the group and what they expect from the session (e.g., ideas, advice, possible solutions).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"process-step\" id=\"step-6\">\n <div class=\"step-number\">6<\/div>\n <h3>Consultation<\/h3>\n <p>The consultants share their thoughts, suggestions, experiences, and advice in relation to the problem outlined by the client. This stage is done without interruption from the client, who listens actively.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"process-step\" id=\"step-7\">\n <div class=\"step-number\">7<\/div>\n <h3>Synthesis and Action Plan<\/h3>\n <p>The client synthesises the ideas and advice received, then draws up an action plan.
