His framework highlights the key obstacles that hold teams back: lack of trust, fear of conflict, absence of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. (@Harvard, are you listening to us??)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Throughout past editions of Inspiring Connections and in training sessions, I often talk about the&nbsp;<em>authentic, curious, and enabling<\/em>&nbsp;leader. HBR, use their own words to highlight these three key roles:&nbsp;<em>exemplar,<\/em>&nbsp;<em>visionary and mentor<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Wherever I\u2019ve worked &#8211; be it locally in France or internationally in various geographies &#8211; people long for leaders who embody this trifecta. And it makes perfect sense:<br><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf33\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/16.0\/1f333\/32.png\">&nbsp;<em>Visionaries<\/em>&nbsp;give us meaning and purpose.<br><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf33\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/16.0\/1f333\/32.png\">&nbsp;<em>Exemplars<\/em>&nbsp;provide passion and protection.<br><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf33\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/16.0\/1f333\/32.png\">&nbsp;<em>Mentors<\/em>&nbsp;bring belonging and status.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>No one is inherently inspiring or infuriating, it all comes down to your&nbsp;<em>current<\/em>&nbsp;behavior.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The good news?
