Back then, we mostly talked about salaries, benefits, and career plans. But today? We talk about purpose, recognition, autonomy, connection. In a word: <strong>commitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10 wp-block-paragraph\">And it cannot be bought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-13\"><strong>But what exactly is \u201cengagement\u201d?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16 wp-block-paragraph\">It's not just \u201cbeing satisfied\u201d or \u201cnot complaining.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19 wp-block-paragraph\">An employee can be perfectly happy with their job, their salary, their comfort... without ever stepping outside the strict confines of their job description. Real engagement, however, goes far beyond that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22 wp-block-paragraph\">It's that little spark that pushes someone to propose an innovative idea, to reach out to a colleague, to strive to do better, not because they're asked to, but because <strong>He or she believes it<\/strong>. Because he or she <strong>is part of it<\/strong> of the collective project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-25\"><strong>And let's be honest: right now, that flame is flickering.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-28 wp-block-paragraph\">Some figures?<br>According to the Gallup Barometer 2025, <strong>only 8 %<\/strong> French employees say <em>fully committed<\/em> in their work. In parallel, the <strong>turnover<\/strong> reached <strong>15 % in 2023<\/strong>, with peaks at <strong>over 20 %<\/strong> in some sectors. In other words, people stay... but not necessarily for the right reasons.
