Back then, it was all about salaries, benefits and career paths. But today? We talk about meaning, recognition, autonomy and connection. In a word : <strong>commitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">And it can't be bought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-13\"><strong>But what exactly is \"commitment\"?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">It's not just about \"being satisfied\" or \"not complaining\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">An employee can be perfectly happy with his job, his salary, his comfort... without ever leaving the strict confines of his job description. True commitment goes far beyond that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22\">It's that little spark that drives someone to come up with an innovative idea, to lend a hand to a colleague, to try to do better, not because they're asked to, but because they care. <strong>they believe<\/strong>. Because they <strong>feel a part of<\/strong> a collective project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-25\"><strong>And let's be honest: right now, that flame is flickering.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-28\">A few figures?<br>According to the Gallup 2025 barometer, <strong>only 8 %<\/strong> of French employees say <em>fully committed<\/em> in their work. At the same time, the <strong>turnover<\/strong> reached <strong>15 % in 2023<\/strong>with peaks at <strong>over 20 %<\/strong> in certain sectors. In other words: people stay... but not necessarily for the right reasons. And many leave, tired, worn out, disengaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-31\"><strong>Why is engagement strategic?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-34\">Because committed employees :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-41\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-37 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>are more productive,<\/strong>more autonomous, more reliable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-38 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>are more creative,<\/strong>because they dare in an environment of trust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-39 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>stay longer,<\/strong>They reduce recruitment costs and embody the company's corporate memory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-40 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>attract others,<\/strong>because they become your best ambassadors.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-44\">This is what we call the<strong>\"halo effect\"<\/strong>Commitment is contagious. It spreads. It radiates. But the opposite is also true: a demotivated employee can bring down an entire team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-47\">So how do you rekindle the flame?
