The end of the year always feels a little special to me. I love taking a step back, reflecting on the impact of the past months and reading messages from my clients. They always remind me why I do this work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, I'm giving my brain a proper break with Iain Levison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t know him yet, he\u2019s one of those authors who manages to be sharp, funny and deeply human all at once. I love how he captures the absurdity of everyday life with a dry humour that makes you smile\u2026 and sometimes wince a little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A book to keep growing for my clients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I'm also packing \u201cPractical Handbook of the Karpman Process Model\u201d<\/em> by J\u00e9r\u00f4me Lef\u00e8vre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you've worked with me, you'll know how much I value the Process Communication Model\u00ae (PCM). It's one of my favourite tools to help us understand ourselves better so that we can collaborate more effectively<\/strong>, especially under stress and when conflicts begin to escalate. I cannot wait to delve into J\u00e9r\u00f4me\u2019s work to increase my knowledge and expertise to help my clients Improve conversations, leadership habits, and team dynamics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From that reflection, I created Inspiring Connections<\/strong>A monthly moment to nurture the authentic, curious and empowering leader within you. At the beginning of each month, I share small nuggets, practical nudges and notes from inspiring leaders I\u2019ve met along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
