Les deux approches ne s\u2019opposent pas. Elles se compl\u00e8tent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-17 wp-block-paragraph\">Le coaching externe impulse et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re. Le leadership coach en interne soutient, ancre et d\u00e9multiplie les transformations dans le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-18 wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd\u2019hui,je me r\u00e9jouis de voir de plus en plus d\u2019organisations investir dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de coaching. Et ce n\u2019est pas un hasard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19 wp-block-paragraph\">Quand les leaders adoptent cette posture, ils cr\u00e9ent les conditions de la croissance, de l\u2019engagement et d\u2019une performance durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-20\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un leader-coach ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-21 wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019aime parler de leader habilitant &#8211; ou, en anglais, <em>the empowering leader<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22 wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un leader qui :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-28\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-23 gutenify-list-item\">se met au service de son \u00e9quipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-24 gutenify-list-item\">cr\u00e9e un environnement stimulant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-25 gutenify-list-item\">favorise la responsabilisation et la collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-26 gutenify-list-item\">d\u00e9veloppe les talents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-27 gutenify-list-item\">et lib\u00e8re le potentiel collectif<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-29 wp-block-paragraph\">Un leader-coach cr\u00e9e les conditions pour que les autres puissent r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, prendre des initiatives et exprimer pleinement leur valeur.Il ouvre des portes. Il cr\u00e9e des connexions.<br>Il d\u00e9veloppe l\u2019autonomie et la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-30\"><strong>Un exercice tr\u00e8s simple pour tester votre posture de leader-coach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-31 wp-block-paragraph\">La prochaine fois qu\u2019un collaborateur vient vous voir avec un probl\u00e8me, r\u00e9sistez quelques minutes \u00e0 l\u2019envie de donner imm\u00e9diatement la solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-32 wp-block-paragraph\">Essayez plut\u00f4t de poser quelques questions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-36\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-33 gutenify-list-item\">\u201cQu\u2019as-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 envisag\u00e9 ?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-34 gutenify-list-item\">\u201cQu\u2019est-ce qui te semble le plus pertinent ?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-35 gutenify-list-item\">\u201cDe quoi aurais-tu besoin pour avancer ?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-37 wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019inconfort qui peut \u00eatre ressenti au d\u00e9but (pour le collaborateur aussi!),est le reflet que les habitudes \u00e9voluent. Et je suis d\u2019accord, ce n\u2019est pas une pratique si \u00e9vidente \u00e0 adopter surtout quand tout va vite et qu\u2019on pense gagner du temps en r\u00e9pondant imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-38 wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ces quelques minutes permettent de d\u00e9velopper autonomie, confiance et capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-39 wp-block-paragraph\">Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que le leader-coach cr\u00e9e de la valeur dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-40\"><strong>D\u00e9velopper des leaders-coachs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-41 wp-block-paragraph\">Je vous entends d\u00e9j\u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-42 wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cComment adopter cette posture quand les agendas sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 satur\u00e9s ?\u201dLa bonne nouvelle, c\u2019est que le coaching ne demande pas forc\u00e9ment plus de temps.<br>Il s\u2019int\u00e8gre naturellement dans les conversations du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-43\"><strong>Trois r\u00e9flexes simples \u00e0 activer d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-44 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Remplacer un r\u00e9flexe de r\u00e9ponse par une question<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-45 wp-block-paragraph\">Au lieu de dire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-46 wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFais comme \u00e7a.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-47 wp-block-paragraph\">Essayez plut\u00f4t :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-48 wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQue ferais-tu ?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-49\"><strong>2. Laisser un vrai temps de r\u00e9flexion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-56 wp-block-paragraph\">Qui a peur du vide?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-57 wp-block-paragraph\">Nous tous ! Dans des rythmes de travail toujours plus rapides, le silence dispara\u00eet souvent des \u00e9changes.
