Mais aujourd\u2019hui? On parle de sens, de reconnaissance, d\u2019autonomie, de lien. En un mot : <strong>d\u2019engagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">Et il ne s\u2019ach\u00e8te pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-13\"><strong>Mais c\u2019est quoi, au juste, \u201cl\u2019engagement\u201d ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">Ce n\u2019est pas juste \u201c\u00eatre satisfait\u201d ou \u201cne pas se plaindre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">Un salari\u00e9 peut \u00eatre parfaitement content de son poste, de son salaire, de son confort.. sans jamais sortir du cadre strict de sa fiche de poste. L\u2019engagement, le vrai, va bien au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22\">C\u2019est cette petite \u00e9tincelle qui pousse quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 proposer une id\u00e9e innovante, \u00e0 tendre la main \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue, \u00e0 chercher \u00e0 faire mieux, pas parce qu\u2019on lui demande, mais parce que <strong>il ou elle y croit<\/strong>. Parce qu\u2019il ou elle <strong>se sent partie prenante<\/strong> du projet collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-25\"><strong>Et soyons honn\u00eates: en ce moment, cette flamme vacille<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-28\">Quelques chiffres?<br>Selon le barom\u00e8tre Gallup 2025, <strong>seuls 8 %<\/strong> des salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais se disent <em>pleinement engag\u00e9s<\/em> dans leur travail. En parall\u00e8le, le <strong>turnover<\/strong> a atteint <strong>15 % en 2023<\/strong>, avec des pics \u00e0 <strong>plus de 20 %<\/strong> dans certains secteurs. Autrement dit: les gens restent.. mais pas forc\u00e9ment pour les bonnes raisons. Et beaucoup partent, lass\u00e9s, us\u00e9s, d\u00e9sengag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-31\"><strong>Pourquoi l\u2019engagement, c\u2019est strat\u00e9gique ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-34\">Parce que les collaborateurs engag\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-41\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-37 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>sont plus productifs<\/strong>, plus autonomes, plus fiables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-38 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>sont plus cr\u00e9atifs<\/strong>, car ils osent dans un environnement de confiance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-39 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>restent plus longtemps<\/strong>, r\u00e9duisent les co\u00fbts de recrutement, incarnent la m\u00e9moire de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-40 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>attirent les autres<\/strong>, parce qu\u2019ils deviennent vos meilleurs ambassadeurs.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-44\">C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle l\u2019<strong>effet halo<\/strong>: l\u2019engagement est contagieux. Il se diffuse. Il rayonne. Mais attention, l\u2019inverse aussi: un salari\u00e9 d\u00e9motiv\u00e9 peut faire plonger une \u00e9quipe enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-47\">Alors : comment rallumer la flamme ? Et comment l\u2019entretenir ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-50\"><strong>L\u2019engagement ne se paie pas, il se cultive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-53\">On croit souvent que c\u2019est une question de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Mais le <strong>salaire<\/strong> n\u2019est qu\u2019un <strong>facteur d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne<\/strong> (merci Herzberg !). Il \u00e9vite la frustration, oui. Mais il ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re <strong>pas d\u2019envie<\/strong>, <strong>pas d\u2019\u00e9lan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-56\">Ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence, ce sont les <strong>facteurs de motivation<\/strong>: la reconnaissance, l\u2019autonomie, la progression, la qualit\u00e9 des relations, le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-59\">On parle de plus en plus de <strong>salaire \u00e9motionnel<\/strong> &#8211; comme dans <a href=\"https:\/\/courriercadres.com\/le-salaire-emotionnel-une-forme-de-remuneration-invisible-mais-decisive\/\">cet article de Courrier Cadres<\/a>: un ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments invisibles mais d\u00e9cisifs, qui construisent une relation de confiance et d\u2019implication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-62\">Et vous savez quoi? <strong>Ce sont ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui font rester. Et briller.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-65\"><strong>Un peu de th\u00e9orie pour \u00e9clairer la pratique:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-71\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-68 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>Herzberg<\/strong> distingue les facteurs d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne (salaire, conditions) et les facteurs de motivation (reconnaissance, \u00e9volution, autonomie).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-69 gutenify-list-item\"><strong>Deci &amp; Ryan<\/strong> montrent que l\u2019engagement durable repose sur 3 piliers : <strong>autonomie<\/strong>, <strong>comp\u00e9tence<\/strong> et <strong>lien social<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-70 gutenify-list-item\">Et les neurosciences nous rappellent que nous sommes, avant tout, <strong>des \u00eatres \u00e9motionnels<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-74\">Ce qui nous anime vraiment, ce n\u2019est pas ce qu\u2019on gagne. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on <strong>partage<\/strong>. Ce qu\u2019on <strong>ressent<\/strong>.
