Yet performance indicators were starting to soften. Results were declining. Client renewal was weakening. Strategic decisions were slowing.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">External pressure was real: regulatory shifts and AI-driven competition.
