A moment to reflect on my 2025 before stepping into 2026

| January is made for that kind of moment. A breath. A look back before moving forward. |
| And that’s the spirit in which I’d like to open this year with you. |

2025 was an intense and deeply meaningful year. A year shaped by diversity of missions, industries and even countries!
And a year that clearly set the foundations for what The Laughing Willow will continue to grow in 2026.
Here are a few highlights I’m particularly proud of:
– Training over 180 managers in the Services, High Luxury Jewellery and Watchmaking industries, across the US, France and the Netherlands
– Facilitating more than a dozen Leadership Team coachings in Services, Hospitality, Cosmetics, Education and FMCG
– Supporting over 10 individual leaders through one-to-one coaching in Industrial, Supply Chain & Operations, HR, Communication and Senior Leadership roles
– Developing and implementing a new offer for Investment Funds: Leadership Team Potential Evaluation
– Throughout the year, facilitating 10 series of co-development sessions and peer group coachings, helping leaders navigate their day-to-day challenges together.
I’m also very proud of my own learning path. In 2025, I obtained my ACC ICF certification. Ongoing review and continuous learning are embedded in my practice to ensure high-quality coaching for my clients.
On a more personal note, I kept walking. I practiced yoga regularly. And yes, I even stepped on stage for my musical comedy performance! These routines are part of my balance and joy.
2025 was also a year of connections, trust and partnerships: building and implementing offers together and inspiring leaders at all levels of organizations.
