Each assignment is unique, but the process generally follows 4 main stages:
1. Framing

2. Shared diagnosis
Observation of interactions, interviews, questionnaires or kick-off workshop. This diagnosis serves as the basis for the coaching design.
3. Active support
Group sessions, collective intelligence workshops, team rituals, individual coaching if required. The pace is adapted to the operational reality.
4. Closing and projection
Learning assessment, embedding new practices, team empowerment plan.
