Dual citizen of France and Australia, Anita brings a bicultural perspective to a rich and varied professional journey. Before founding The Laughing Willow, she accumulated over 35 years of experience - including 20 years in HR leadership within the Nestlé Group.
As Director of Leadership & Innovation at Nestlé Waters, she led key initiatives in inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence and change management, supporting leaders across geographies and business functions.
A certified coach (ACTP ICF, trained at International Mozaïk) and practitioner of PCM, MBTI, HBDI, and TMSDi, Anita creates safe, energizing spaces for personal and professional growth. Her approach is pragmatic, compassionate and deeply rooted in narrative practices, NonViolent Communication and systems thinking. She brings deep expertise in coaching, facilitation and organizational transformation.
