Formerly with Cadbury, Unilever and Nestlé, she led strategic roles in France, Australia and Switzerland before pivoting to Learning & Dévelopment.
Driven by a passion for helping others thrive professionally, Emmanuelle transitioned from marketing to HR and coaching in 2013. She became ICF-certified in 2016, leading impactful programs on leadership, diversity & inclusion, emotional intelligence and team cohesion across Nestlé.
Today, she supports both individuals and teams in building authentic, high-impact leadership. Her work bridges performance and well-being, helping people grow with purpose at every stage of their career - from finding their path to leading with presence.
