To help you choose your coach, here are some precise and verifiable criteria, whether you choose a live coach or one of the following consultant directory :

  1. Recognized certification : Choose coaches with ICF (International Coaching Federation) or EMCC certification.
  2. Professional supervision Ask whether the coach receives regular supervision (essential to guarantee the ethical quality of his or her support).
  3. Professional experience Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a professional environment.
  4. Specialization Check that the coach has specific experience of your issues (leadership, conflict management, career management...).
