Each individual accompaniment is a unique journey, which we build together step by step. At Le Saule Rieur, this journey is always built around several clearly defined and reassuring milestones.
At our first meeting, we take the time to get to know each other. You express your expectations and concerns, and tell us why you're looking for coaching today. Together, we define the concrete objectives of your coaching.
Then comes the heart of the support: regular sessions, generally spaced two to three weeks apart. Each session lasts around 90'. During these privileged times, you benefit from a secure space where you can explore, clarify and adjust your strategies. Between sessions, you'll be offered the chance to try out new techniques, to help you anchor what you've learned in your day-to-day professional life.
At the end of the course, we take stock together in relation to the coaching objectives set at the beginning: what have you learned? What has changed in and around you? How do you feel in your role today? This is also the time when you plan what's next, with autonomy and confidence.
Each coach has a variety of tools at his or her disposal, which can be deployed according to your needs:
Process Communication Model (PCM), Team Management System (TMS), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), The Work, Clarification, Co-development (CODEV), Inspired Leadership, Transactional Analysis, TIPI, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Complex Negotiation (ADN Group)...
Whatever tools we use, they are never an end in themselves, but a means of enriching and enlightening the work we do to achieve our objectives.
