How does an organisation coaching session work?

There's no such thing as a standard session: each intervention is a co-creative process.
However, here are the main stages that structure our approach:

  3. Coaching sessions : we offer a wide range of services: individual, team or collective, depending on your needs. These spaces combine listening, benevolent confrontation, emotional intelligence and strategy.
  4. Anchoring rituals : milestones, adjustments, feedback sharing
  5. Closing & self-sufficiency : summarize, enhance learning, plan for the future

Throughout the support process, we focus on co-responsibility, co-creation, and co-protection to develop transparency and mutual trust.
