I believe our life stories create a link and resonate within us to reveal the true leader in each of us. That is why the programme Inspiring Leadership » deals primarily with the « Why » then of the «what» and the «how».
For 7 days, with the last 3 taking place 9 months after the start, the participants undergo a process of transformation journey inclusive. I am starting the programme by showing an example in order to create a climate of confidence. By modelling what I ask them to do, I challenge them a little more to reveal itself. The programme asks to bring out a genuine Self-awareness as well as the ability to detach oneself from old ways of working.
This approach to co-coaching and of co-development is learner-centred, their needs and its Issues. Sharing experiences encourages commitment to success and ownership of results. The process encourages quickly bring about changes and results for them and for the organisation Return on investment delivered at Nestlé UK by 3C Associates Ltd. The programme delivered 7 times its cost within 9 months of completion..
