I believe that our life stories connect and resonate within to reveal the true leader in each of us. That's why the Inspirational Leadership programme focusses firstly on the « why » and then the « what » and « how ».

During 7 days, the last 3 of which take place 9 months after the start, the participants follow transformation transformation process. I start the programme by leading by example in order to create a climate of trust. By modelling what I ask of them, I challenge them a little more to reveal themselves.. The programme asks for true self-awareness and the ability to let go of past ways of functioning. 

This co-coaching and co-development approach focuses on the learner, his/her needs and challenges. The sharing of experience encourages commitment to success and ownership of the results. The process encourages rapid change and results for them and the organisation (Return on Investment achieved at Nestlé UK by 3C Associates Ltd. The programme returned 7 times its cost within 9 months of completion).
