How is an organisational coaching session structured?

There is no standard session: each intervention is built through co-creation.
However, here are the main stages that structure our approach:

  3. Coaching sessions individually, as a team, or as a collective, as needed. These spaces combine listening, constructive confrontation, emotional intelligence, and strategy.
