The added value of the Laughing Willow in organisational coaching

  • A human-centered yet rigorous approachthat respects complexity without trying to oversimplify it
  • A nuanced understanding of deeper dynamics, allowing us to act where change is both meaningful and sustainable
  • A capacity to create fertile spaces for transformation, where meaningful shifts can happen naturally, without force

We don't come to «do it for you». We come to reveal, question, connect. Together, we bring to life a future that is both meaningful and achievable.

What is the cost of an organisation coaching session?

  • the size of the organisation and the scope of support
  • the number of stakeholders involved
  • the duration of the mission, its frequency and its methods (workshops, seminars, individual coaching, diagnostics...)

How is an organisational coaching session structured?

There is no standard session: each intervention is built through co-creation.
However, here are the main stages that structure our approach:

  1. Immersion and diagnostic: understanding of the culture, challenges, tensions and forces
  2. Co-design of the process: clearly defining objectives and selecting the most appropriate intervention formats
  3. Coaching sessions: individual, team, or group sessions depending on the needs. These spaces combine deep listening, constructive challenge, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking
  4. Grounding rituals: regular check-ins, adjustments, and feedback-sharing moments
  5. Closure & autonomy: synthesis of key learnings, recognition of progress, and projection into the future

Throughout the support, we focus on the co-responsibility, the co-creation, and the co-protection to develop the transparency and the mutual trust.
