A recognised talent within an international group specialising in security systems has recently taken up a new executive role in a strategic geographical area.

While his technical and operational performance was widely recognised, this new position demanded a change in stance: moving from a role of recognised expert to that of an influential leader capable of navigating a complex and international organisational environment.

The first few months highlighted several critical challenges:
