She works with multinational organisations across various sectors – consumer goods, aerospace, healthcare, finance – to foster inclusive and high-performing leaders and teams.
Her expertise covers psychological safety, inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, intercultural management, and storytelling. Ruth regularly teaches at corporate universities and runs transformational programmes on leadership, collective effectiveness, and change.
Originally from Australia and having lived in Europe and Asia, she brings a rich intercultural perspective and a keen understanding of what enables individuals to thrive through transitions.
